  • What areas do you deliver too?
    We serve customers in St. Louis and surrounding Illinois counties.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    There is a $10 delivery charge for all orders that will appear on the checkout page.
  • What time of day will my meals arrive?
    The delivery time will depend on your location and when our delivery driver arrives in your area - but your meals will arrive anytime between 9:30AM to 2:30PM. If you will not be there when our drivers arrive, no need to worry, we design our packaging to keep your food cold for up to 12 hours on your doorstep.
  • Do you provide delivery updates?
    Yes, you will, we provide text updates throughout the delivery process so you know approximately when your food will be arriving.
  • Do you offer same day delivery?
    We do not. To ensure that your food has maximum freshness and longevity, following your order, we prepare the meals fresh the morning of the delivery date you selected and deliver them that afternoon or evening.
  • What days of the week do you deliver?
    We deliver meals twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday.
  • Who will be delivering my meals?
    To make sure your food is as fresh as possible and reaches you quickly, we hire local drivers to deliver your meals directly from our kitchen to your doorstep within a few hours.
  • How long are my meals in transit?
    Since we hire local drivers to deliver your meals directly from our Kitchen to your doorstep, your meals will be in transit anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Either way, we design our packaging to keep your food cold for up to 12 hours on your doorstep.
  • Can you deliver the meals to my office?
    As long as your office is open during the delivery hours between 10:30AM and 2:30PM, yes we can deliver meals to your office.
  • Can we order online or preorder?
    Yes we have online ordering allowing you to pre-order your meals.
  • How often do we change menu items?
    We generally change +30% of our menu weekly.
  • How do you measure your ingredients?
    We strive to be very consistent in this regard; we weigh out our portions whenever possible with the exception of items that we must rely on based on “growth size” such as bell peppers and other veggies.
  • What is our nutrition philosophy?
    We believe that food is fuel and medicine to the body. That the quality of food we consume will dictate our health, mood, weight, sleep, illness and quality of life. We believe that processed foods, sugars, bad fats, bad carbohydrates, preservatives, etc. lead to poor health and poor quality of life. This is why we are committed to bringing you the cleanest, nutrient dense ingredients in our meals that we can provide.
